After placing your order there is a processing time of up to 2 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. After Hours and Holiday Processing
Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped within the following 2 business days.
To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit in the form of a Kosmios Gift Card for the price of your item( s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.
We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using UPS (domestic) DHL (international).
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kosmios cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Kosmios is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
Any item marked Pre-order in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item's description. If your order contains in-stock items, your entire order will ship on or about the estimated ship date unless the pre-order has a ship date of 3 weeks and over we will ship the in-stock items separately. (US orders only)
All shoe orders are packed in our personalized packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and neatly placed in a protective sturdy box. Shoe Boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the Customer Order Notes provided at checkout. There will be an up charge of an additional $7 for all shoe box request.

Kosmios reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.shopkosmios.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
