After placing your order, there is a processing time of up to 3 business days (excluding orders that include a Pre-Order). Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Once shipped, in the least likely event that your package is delayed with our carrier, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. If an order is processed after packages are received by the mail carrier, it will be shipped out the following business day. Processing days and Shipping days are separate.

After Hours and Holiday Processing
Orders placed after hours or on a holiday will be shipped within the following 2 business days.
To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised above, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
If the package is returned non-deliverable or processed as a return to sender, we will issue a store credit in the form of a Kosmios Gift Card for the price of your item( s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.
We ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS (domestic) DHL (international).
Cancelling or Editing Orders
To ensure you receive your package in the guaranteed time frame, we cannot edit or cancel orders after they are placed.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Kosmios cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Kosmios is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
All shoe orders are packed in our personalized packaging. All shoes are individually wrapped in black tissue paper and neatly placed in a protective sturdy box. Shoe Boxes are only sent upon request by the customer in the Customer Order Notes provided at checkout. There will be an up charge of an additional $7 for all shoe box request.
Reserved Shipping Rights
Kosmios reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.shopkosmios.com at any time due to:
- Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
- Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
- Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

Measurements of items listed in descriptions are approximate and are manually measured when laid down flat. The actual size may vary. In some dyeing processes, fabrics may shrink or expand, making it difficult to precisely control the final size of each garment. Please allow 0.4"-1" length difference due to manual measurement.
Due to variations in monitors and lighting on phone/tablet/computer screens, the color in the image may appear slightly different. Color dyes within an item may vary due to different fabric. Additionally, different products with the same color name may not match exactly.
Different brands may use the same name of the color for a different shade or hue.
